Overview:

GovCIO is currently hiring for Junior Telecommunications Equipment Installer and Repairer to support our customer's government contract. This position will be located in Raleigh, NC and will be a fully onsite position.

Responsibilities:

• Process device shipments
• Provide technical Tier 2 support for mobile devices
• Assist with orders, change orders and cancellations
• A ssist Asset Management Lead with device returns
• Provisioning and support of mobile handheld devices
• Position will include shipping, receiving and inventory tasks
• Frequent interaction with government customers, contractors, and vendors at various levels on multiple projects in a professional and timely manner.
• Effectively communicate written and orally on all updates, issues and status of various projects.

Qualifications:

High School with 3 - 6 years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the provisioning and support of mobile handheld devices.
• Must possess experience handling multiple assignments concurrently in a fast-paced work environment.
• Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday onsite
• High level of attention to detail and technical troubleshooting skills a must.
• ServiceNow Incident Management experience
• Knowledge of all Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of telecommunication vendors/terms
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Clearance Required: Must be able to acquire and maintain a Public Trust Suitability

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an at-will position and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Posted Salary Range: USD $49,380.00 - USD $64,000.00/Yr.
