Are you ready to help us make the future?Join the engineering team at Honeywell's Microelectronics facility located in Plymouth, Minnesota to support development of digital, analog, mixed signal and high bandwidth communication circuits and products for aerospace, military and high temperature applications. Relevant circuits include ASIC library cells such as logic, registers, and I/O cells; memories; op amp, ADC, DAC, PLL, SERDES and DDR circuits and supporting digital functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead efforts to Architect, design and verify memory (SRAM, MRAM, eMemory) Must collaborate with processor design teams to define memory performance/power specifications and enable seamless integration.

Work closely with layout designer to enable tape-out of IC Chip.Determine post-layout Performance/Power/robustness verification of memories. Support post-silicon efforts to enable production Requirement.

Execute and address Floor-planning, Power grid design and deployment, achieve timing closure complying to timing constraints, harmonize DFT-insertion needs with physical design needs, configure for and pass physical verification requirements.Execute design work fully.Present and participate in project phase gate reviews.

YOU MUST HAVE Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering 5 years Custom digital memory circuit design, simulation, and verification.
