We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Multi-Skilled Engineer to contribute towards the smooth running of our fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance tasks within my clients Oxfordshire facility.

Description

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly.
  • Respond promptly to any machinery breakdowns and faults.
  • Inspect, operate, and test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team on complex machinery issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
  • Provide training to other employees on the correct operation of equipment.

Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off - 12 Hours - Days & Nights Rotating

Profile

A successful Maintenance Engineer/Technician, ideally with experience working within the FMCG industry, as well as:

  • A recognised Engineering qualification (Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled)
  • A solid understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • A proactive approach towards continuous learning and development.

Job Offer
